Build
Campaign System

Let’s Go Padel Campaign System.

A repeatable system to drive bookings, repeat play, and community. Five stages, one voice, built to flex across venues.

Why it exists

Most people who would enjoy padel never try it. They think they will be bad at it. The game still feels unfamiliar. They do not have an obvious person to go with. So they do not book.

One-off posts will not fix that. Let’s Go Padel needed a system that handled the fear, the first booking, and the habit in the same place. Built to scale across venues without losing voice, and to keep working week after week instead of starting from scratch each campaign.

How it works

Five stages. Each one solves a specific point in the player journey.

  1. 01
    Attract

Remove the fear of trying. Real first-timer quotes and reactions in a repeatable format. Swap the quote, keep the template.

  2. 02
    Convert

One clear CTA used everywhere. iMessage-style content that feels like a note from a friend, not a promotion. Booking is the obvious next step.

  3. 03
    Retain

Post-game and recovery content lands the morning after. Weekly social formats give people a reason to come back, not just a session to book.

  4. 04
    Grow

Light competition, retail upsells, and ladies-first formats open new audiences. Same system, more reach.

  5. 05
    Extend

Local partnerships and recovery routes carry the experience past the court. Longer visits, stronger habits, more community.

What I built

A brand foundation, a set of content formats, and the structure to run them. Sized to scale across venues without rebuilding the work.

  • Brand foundation

One look and one voice. Consistent colour, type, and layout so every post is instantly recognisable.

  • Content templates

Reusable formats for first-timers, conversion, recovery, social events, retail, and partnerships. Built to swap, not redesign.

  • iMessage-style posts

A familiar, low-friction format. Feels like a real message, so people engage without thinking.

  • Audience formats

Dedicated entry points like the Ladies Social Night and beginner-first messaging that lower the barrier for new players.

  • Location flexibility

Same system across venues. Dates, times, QR codes, and copy update per location without rebuilding the design.

  • Implementation plan

Rollout, lead capture, email follow-up, and tracking. The system has a path from first post to repeat booking.

Result

  • Faster turnaround on every campaign. New session or location swaps in without a redesign.
  • Less friction for first-time players. The fear and the booking step are both addressed in the content itself.
  • Easier handover. The system holds the structure, so anyone running social can keep it consistent.
  • More consistency across channels, locations, and audiences. One look, one voice, one CTA.
