Inbox Pipeline.
Turn an inbox into a pipeline. Real enquiries surfaced, structured, and drafted, without adding new tools.
Why it exists
For most small teams, the inbox is the pipeline. Enquiries land there, get mixed with notifications and noise, and the good ones get lost. The answer is usually another tool, which the team then has to remember to update.
Inbox Pipeline is the opposite. It pulls real enquiries out of the inbox, structures them, drafts a reply, and leaves everything else where it was. Nothing new to log into. Nothing new to maintain.
How it works
- 01Detect
Real enquiries get pulled out of the noise of an everyday inbox. Newsletters, notifications, and CCs stay where they are.
- 02Structure
Each enquiry is captured with the fields that matter. Who, what, when, and what they actually want.
- 03Draft
A reply is drafted in the sender’s voice, ready to edit and send. Nothing is sent automatically.
- 04Work from email
No new app to open. Everything happens in the inbox the team already uses.
How it was built
Four components, designed to disappear into the inbox rather than sit alongside it.
- Classifier
Pulls real enquiries out of the rest of the inbox. Improves as the owner confirms or corrects.
- Structured fields
Each enquiry normalised to the same shape so the team can act without re-reading the thread.
- Draft engine
Drafts replies using the team’s own recent answers, not a generic template.
- No new UI
Lives inside Gmail and Outlook. No separate dashboard to maintain or log into.
